Shipping Methods

Standard items ship via UPS or FedEx with tracking provided at the time of shipment.

Large items including furniture, saunas, massage chairs, and outdoor living products require freight delivery. Freight shipments are delivered curbside or to the first dry space. White glove delivery and installation services may be available for select products at an additional cost.
